To defend the rights of towers and eliminate injustices affecting them.
To maintain and enhance the collective bargaining position of its members so as to secure fair and competitive rates for insurance and business-related purchases.
To promote professionalism and safety within the towing industry by facilitating access to and providing educational programs and materials.
To facilitate open communication and promote respect among towers, police, governmental staff, and emergency personnel.
To educate the public and governmental representatives about the towing industry.
To provide critical information to its members.
To establish and maintain effective communications between ESTRA’s board of directors and its members throughout New York State.
To provide support/assistance to towers/ESTRA members in need.
To promote unity and a sense of community among its members, in part by offering a quality annual program.
To maintain the viability of the association by actively recruiting new members.
