ESTRA Declaration of Policy

It is the policy of ESTRA and its members to comply fully with the antitrust and trade regulation laws of the U.S. Federal Government and of New York State.
Accordingly, in carrying out its activities, ESTRA operates to ensure compliance with antitrust laws.  Member companies and their representatives, when participating in association activities, must be careful not only to avoid improper actions or discussions, but also to avoid even the appearance of impropriety.  The best guarantee for compliance with these antitrust guidelines is the prudence of our member representatives.  They have the greatest awareness of the sensitive issues that confront the towing industry, and so are in the best position to assess/avoid possible problems.
